The enhancements planned will provide an activated entrance that creates a true sense of arrival, that links the entrance, the retail and the offices to each other, and is unmistakably Tower 42. It will provide a generous office amenity with an inviting, visible reception, flexible meeting rooms and a range of informal seating areas.
Lift and lobby areas and End of Trip Facilities
Reworked lift lobbies provided tenants with an elevated arrival experience, alongside a brand new 5,000 sq ft end-of-trip facility. Featuring a variety of cycle parking options for over 160 bikes, high quality changing spaces, showers & locker facilities, which are being constructed directly under the tower.

The Management Team at Tower 42 takes immense pride in delivering a service that prioritises people. Situated on-site and including a suite of facilities management professionals, our multi-disciplinary team is always on hand to attend to the needs of our occupiers.
Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by the multilingual reception team. On the podium level, occupiers can have informal meetings or relax in the occupier lounge. Occupiers can also use the flexible working area, with a variety of touch down spaces available.
